Description

Misty moors, blossoming heather and a wee dram.
The Celtic Sonea was inspired by my love for Scotland, the Celtic, Germanic and Viking heritage we have here in the Netherlands and my interest in ancient cultures and history.

This Sonea is a very smooth playing all round guitar with lots of sustain and incredible tone and with her looks she will surely get anyones attention.

The Hipshot fixed bride the ultimate marriage of performance, beauty and ergonomics. Each bridge is hand polished for a smooth, comfortable feel under your palm.
The stainless steel saddles have a crisp string relief edge, eliminating dull tones.
Combine this with a Graphtech TusQ Xl nut and Sperzel locking tuners and you have all the sustain and tuning stability you ever wished for.

The Maple & Black Limba neck has a flat C profile a 12" radius Ebony fretboard, 25.5” scale length with 24 Dunlop 6105 Nickel/Silver frets making it a very comfortable neck. 
The set neck construction and comfort carve at the body make it very easy to reach all the way up to the 24th fret.

The light weight body design and comfort carves make all Sonea models very comfortable to play. Due to the low weight you can easily take it out on stage for a gig without hurting your back or shoulders.
Another feature on all Unquendor Guitars is the cut-out at the bottom of the body. This is mainly designed to prevent the guitar from tipping over when you don't have a guitar stand at hand and you need to put the guitar down for a moment. It also helps players who like to practice or hold their guitar in a more ‘classical’ playing position. 

A set of Fishman Fluence Classic humbuckers make this Sonea very versatile instrument.
The Fishman Classic Humbuckers give you almost unlimited capabilities to find the tone you’re looking for. Each pickup has 3 voices to pick from each with its unique character.
While ‘voice 1’ gives you the vintage PAF tonality on both pickups ‘voice 2’ on the neck pickup is very clear with an airy chime where the bridge pickup turns into an overwound Classic Hot Rod. ‘Voice 3’ gives you truly authentic single coil tones on both the neck and the bridge pickup. With the 3-way switch this gives you 9 different options when it comes to tone.

For your convenience this guitar is equipped with a USB rechargeable 9V battery pack giving you up to 200 hours play time on a single charge.
The battery will give you notice 6 hours before you need to recharge. No need to ever get caught off guard again by an empty battery as you’re about to hit the stage.
